Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16c), made-to-order goods are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. These items are non-refundable once production begins. Enamel pins, sobriety tokens, and stickers are stocked items and follow our standard return policy.
